Background: MohammadNoman Shaikh holds a Master's degree in Accounting & Finance from University of East London and ACCA Finalist.
Before founding the firm, Noman worked at Big 4 accounting firms like KPMG & PWC and QX Ltd in India, Post office UK Ltd in London, UK, Six Flags Magic Mountain, USA and Bank of America, USA. Currently engaged in managing a team & delivering accounting and tax services to international business.
An Accounts professional with skills at handling diverse assignments pertaining to accounting and financial management. High academic qualifications with Masters of Science in International Accounting and Finance and ACCA finalist. 13+ years of rich experience in International Accounting and Tax, specialized in Bookkeeping, Financial reporting & analysis, Tax compliance, MIS reporting, Cashflow management, Automation, Project and people management.
Background: Mohammed Muzamil holds a Master's degree in Finance & Accounting from IIMSR. Before founding the firm, Mohammed Muzamil worked in KPMG Global Services Pvt Ltd, Amicorp Management India Pvt Ltd and Griffith Foods, where he drove accounting services with a focus on strong technical & business analysis, where he gained extensive expertise in Bookkeeping, MIS, Cost accounting, Payroll, VAT, tax planning, auditing and financial consulting.
With 12+ years of expertise in Finance & Accounting, I specialize in R2R, P&L analysis, AP, AR, bank reconciliation,and month-end closing. Proficient in data remediation processes, I have a proven track record in ensuring VAT ®ulatory compliance for UK & Indian jurisdictions. Skilled in various cloud accounting software and tools.
